All hosting and care plans do not come with email hosting. We use and recommend Google Workspace as a simple, cost effective and easy to use email hosting solution. Otherwise Ventra IP offering fantastic support and email hosting options.

Due to the set up of our servers, our hosting and care plans do not come with Cpanel access. If you need to access your website files, you can do this via your WordPress login or if Cpanel is needed, we can recommend alternative hosting arrangements.

Absolutely! Our website care plan offers both monthly and annual options, and here's the best part – it comes with a no-risk guarantee. If you ever decide to move your website away from our hosting or maintenance plan, you can do so without any strings attached. Your billing is straightforward, aligned with the duration you've paid for each month or year. Simple as that!

Building Your Website:
If we're in charge of crafting your website, you're in luck – there's no setup fee as long as it's within a 90-day window.

Joining Our Hosting/Maintenance Plan Later:
After those initial 90 days, if you're keen on hopping onto our hosting/maintenance plan at any tier, a $99 setup fee comes into play. This covers updating tools, tidying up the database (if needed), installing our tools, and creating a backup – all essential tasks to ensure smooth sailing.

Onboarding Websites We Didn't Design:
When we're onboarding a website that wasn't initially designed by us, there's a $250 setup fee. This helps cover the extra work needed upfront – updating the site, getting acquainted with the tools, and prepping it for proper maintenance.

Keep in mind, depending on the hack's nature and how long the site has been compromised, addressing SEO ranking and blacklisting concerns could span weeks or even months. Some cases might require additional efforts for a complete recovery.
